I just got my latest newsletter from “Save the Bay” and it mentions the Aurora Elementary School Second Graders writing
letters to Cargill, the mayor of Redwood City and the Army Corps of Engineers asking that the Redwood City salt ponds
site be restored for people and wildlife rather than be developed for shopping centers and multi home projects. We have
several second graders from Aurora in our Thursday Sing Thing group and hooray for them & their teacher for taking action.
