Each year KPFA hosts one of the finest juried Arts and Craft Fairs anywhere in the Bay Area. This year’s fair will be held Saturday & Sunday, December 14th & 15th at the Concourse at 8th and Brannan sts in San Francisco. $10 general at the door. Disabled or under 17, over 65- free. Info at www.KPFA.org There will be shuttle busses operating between the Civic Center BART/MUNI station and the Concourse. The shuttle will also go to the CalTrans station at 4th and King Sts. There will be lots of live music, good organic food and coffee/tea/goodies. There will be organic food tastings as well. Lots and lots for kids to do and see. As a jeweler myself, I would recommend adding this wonderful fair to your to do list for the season. It raises funds for a very important source of information & culture in our area, KPFA FM Radio. And the hand made merchandise will knock your socks off.
